Consumer Advocate

Phil Hedden is the Consumer and Family Advocate for the ADAMH Board of Franklin County. In this position, Phil handles consumer and family member grievances and concerns, educates consumers on personal rights, staffs the Consumer and Family Advocacy Council, and offers support to the agency client rights officers. Phil is a licensed social worker; he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.  Phil joined the ADAMH Board in 2001 as Facilities Evaluator.
